DoT has introduced all new 3 methods to link Aadhaar with Mobile Number, these methods will help subscribers to get their Aadhaar linked to their mobile number without visiting the stores of Telco’s.

Also there is no need to provide fingerprints or biometrics to link Aadhaar with your Jio Number.
The process of Linking Aadhaar with Jio Number can be now completed at the comfort of your home. The three newly introduced methods to link Aadhaar with Jio Number are OTP based, App based and IVRS based.

Below we have explained how to link Aadhaar with Jio by using these new methods.

Link Aadhaar with Jio through OTP based Method

To link Aadhaar with Jio through OTP based method you will have to compose below message from your Jio mobile number and send it to the below number.

The Complete details about SMS Format and on which number you should Send SMS would be available on 1st December 2017.

Once sending the SMS, you would receive OTP on your registered Aadhaar Mobile Number.

Enter the OTP and you are done seeding your Aadhaar with your Jio Mobile Number.

Link Aadhaar with Jio through App based Method

Jio Subscriber will have to download the official app from App Store.

Once the app is installed, just tap on the app to open it.

Just tap on e-KYC option, enter your 10 digit Jio Mobile Number and then followed by your 12 digit Aadhaar Number.

Once entering these details correctly just tap on submit button.

You will receive One Time Password on your Aadhaar registered mobile number, enter the OTP received and that’s it you have successfully linked your Aadhaar with Jio Number through App based method.

Link Aadhaar with Jio through IVRS Facility

To link your Aadhaar with Jio through IVRS Facility you will have to call on below number, and follow the instructions.

Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar Number and 10 digit Jio Mobile Number and then confirm it.

On confirmation you would receive OTP on your Aadhaar registered mobile number, enter the OTP Code and you have successfully done linking Aadhaar with Jio Number through IVRS Facility.
