All Banks in India including private sector banks will now enable arrange Aadhaar Card Enrolment and Update Service to their customers who have been requested by Government to link their Bank Accounts with their 12 digit Aadhaar Number by 31st December. Every Bank Account Holder in India will have to link their Aadhaar Card Number with their Bank Account or have to face suspension of the account until Aadhaar is linked. This step by Government has waked up each and every residents to link their Bank Account to Aadhaar Card, and this step will also prevent Money Laundering.
