Submit your 12 digit Aadhar Number and 10 digit MTNL Mobile Number to the store person to re-verify your number with Aadhar.

You will receive OTP on your mobile number, just provide that OTP to the store person.

Next your thumb impression will be asked for biometric authentication of your Aadhaar.
