PAN and Aadhaar Card Mandatory for Teacher's Transfer

Making Aadhaar Mandatory will be very helpful in transfer process. As of now there are surplus issues like in some schools teachers are in excess and in some schools there are lack of teachers.

So to deal with such issues linking Aadhaar with respective teachers profile in database would solve the problem. Teachers will have to register their self-online by linking their PAN Card Number and Aadhaar Number. Basic shiksha adhikaris of all districts nations wide have been assigned with the task to issue 12 digit Aadhaar Number and PAN Card of teachers for the transfers.

The Basic Shiksha Parishad has also stated that the NIC web portal has option for entering Aadhaar and PAN Number of the surplus teachers in schools.
