Indian's who are traveling to Bhutan or Nepal should be aware that Aadhaar Card will not be a valid document accepted for traveling to Bhutan and Nepal.
Indian's can travel Bhutan or Nepal without visas only if they have valid national passport, voters id issued by election commission of India, PAN Card or Driving License.
Travelers in age group between 15 years to 65 years should show valid documents which should contain photograph to confirm the identity and age. Aadhaar is mandatory for most of the things in India, but this is only field where the Aadhaar Card will not be considered as valid acceptable document to travel to Bhutan and Nepal.
