Aadhaar Mandatory for UP Board Exams

Now again there is one more usage of Aadhaar i.e. if you want to attend UP Board Exams it is mandatory to produce your Aadhaar Card. If the student doesn't hold Aadhaar or refuses to produce Aadhaar will not be eligible to sit for UP board examination.

The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has made mandatory to provide the Aadhaar Details by the students filling up the form of the examination. This decision will mostly decrease the number of student’s appearing for the exam 2018. Also the students who are about to make admission for lass 9th in the UP state will also have to produce the Aadhaar Card. According to the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (UPBSE), this step has been taken to expel fake enrolments for the examination. Also asking Aadhaar for admissions of 9th, 10th and 12th will reduce the fraudulent registrations.

Those students who doesn't have Aadhaar Card are requested to get their self-enrolled for Aadhaar as soon as possible, once enrolled they can also produce the Aadhaar Enrolment Number till they receive the permanent Aadhaar Unique Number.
