Once you have Aadhaar Card Update or Correction Form on your Computer, just take a print out of it.

And fill in the form, from Field from Update/ Correction select Mobile, as you want for Aadhar Card Mobile Number Registration.

Fill in the all details asked in the form in Block Letter with Mobile Number which you want to register with your Aadhaar Card. Make sure the local language gets translated properly.

Once you post it, once they receive your Aadhaar Update/ Correction form your request will be processed in 2 to 3 weeks, and the process of the same will get to you intimated on your mobile number which you have provided to register with Aadhaar. Once you receive message that your mobile number is registered with Aadhaar you can download your Aadhaar Card Online which will contain mobile number.
